Lance Selwyn Cousins (7 April 1942 – 14 March 2015) was a British scholar of Buddhism specializing in the Theravāda Abhidhamma.
In addition to his academic work, he was also a founding member of the Samatha Trust and Samatha Association where he taught samatha meditation in a Thai style.
