This is a five-part lecture series briefly introducing Jayatilake’s Early Buddhist Theory of Knowledge.
The main topics of each lecture are:
- The historical background of non-Buddhist thought at the time of the Buddha
 - The Buddha’s critique of those existing epistemological attitudes
 - The uses and limits of logic
 - The role of authority and reason on the path
 - The limits of knowledge
